Broke my beer fast with @effingutbrews NEIPA (New England IPA), and yes it's true, I haven't had beer during the entire lockdown.
Anyway, this NEIPA is damn good and I highly recommend it. Read up about NEPAs and NEIPAs to understand more about this beer. Also tried their Robust Porter, but this NEIPA takes the cake!
So along with the beers, Effingut has some packed munchies (that go so well with their beers) and frozen food, that you reheat. I had the veg Biryani (haters will say it's pulao 😂). It's all part of their '2GO' menu.

I felt like ordering a salad for dinner today, but then I just made something healthy at home instead - Lapsi (broken wheat) with roasted veggies (potatoes, carrots, capsicum, cherry tomatoes). Vegan Shoyu ramen bowl with lots of toppings! Dashi made with kombu and shitake. Toppings - stir fried carrots, bok choy, baby corn, mushrooms. I added crispy fried Channa (chickpeas) as a topping as well, something I've never had in any ramen bowl in India or Japan for that matter. This particular topping was had only once 4 years ago at @momofukunoodlebar by @davidchang when I had the vegetarian ramen bowl in NY, and decided to re-create it. Definitely give it a try as a ramen topping. Last topping is vegan char siu (smoked bbq flavour), fyi you won't get this in India.

I only wish I had proper ramen bowls at home, but you make do with what you have. Also always remember to slurp while having Ramen!
